We aim to deliver your gear as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details concerning our shipping methods, expected delivery times, and other important information.

Important Notice: Potential Delays

Please be aware that delivery times may be longer than usual due to unforeseen courier delays, high volume of orders, or logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide across Bangladesh. Whether you are in Dhaka or in a remote area, we strive to reach you.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Inside Dhaka: 110 BDT (2-3 business days)
Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT (3-5 business days)

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

The Code Swag is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
